Staying healthy in college can be a real struggle. Between classes, studying, and trying to have a social life, it can be extremely tough to find time to eat healthy, or even eat well at all. Throw in a job and staying healthy just slips farther down the priority list.

I’m here to help.

My name is Kirsten, and I’m a junior in college studying to become a dietitian. I take 15 credits, I have a part time job, and I even have a social life, yet I’ve still managed to find ways to actually eat healthy and work out while I’m a busy student.
